The stylish Glenmore Springs Guesthouse is set on the historic Glenmore squatting lease at the 'top end" of the King Valley at the base of Power's Lookout. Glenmore Springs has 360 degree views of the mountains, with the clear waters of the King River bordering the eastern side of the property. As well as the vineyard, we have Angus cattle, and up until 2006 we also grew tobacco.
The guesthouse is just a short drive from Lake William Hovell and Paradise Falls. The property has a number of scenic walking tracks, which take you through open paddocks, and serene bushland abundant with wild life. There are several picnic area's which have spectacular views overlooking the property's private lake and vineyard with the Black Ranges as a magnificent backdrop.
Glenmore Springs is within a short drive of well known boutique family wineries and restaurants of the upper King Valley.
The accommodation is a spacious 3 bedroom brick home with ensuite and bathroom, undercover BBQ area and double carport.
It has all the modem conveniences of your own home and can comfortably accommodate 8 adults with bedding for 11.
It has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (all with electric blankets) and in the formal lounge, there is a queen fold out sofa & 3 folding single beds if required.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
A wood heater heats the home in winter and ceiling fans cool in summer.
